🥩 Freshness Guarantee

We’re all about getting the Best Biltong to you fresh, tasty, and ready to enjoy.
Every order is packed with care and sent fast using Express Post so it arrives in top condition.

If your order doesn’t arrive as fresh as it should, or something seems off, please let us know right away.
Just email us at bestbiltongwa@outlook.com with your order number and (if you can) a photo of the issue — we’ll take a look and make it right.

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be 100% happy with your order.
If something slips through the cracks, we’ll work with you to sort it out — whether that’s a replacement, a refund, or a good old-fashioned fix.

Because at Best Biltong WA, we believe fresh is best, and you deserve nothing less. 


💸 Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered! But if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle refunds:

⏳ Timeframe

You’ve got 14 days from the date your order was delivered (based on tracking info) to get in touch about a refund or exchange.
After 14 days, unfortunately, we’re not able to offer one.

🧾 Proof of Purchase

Please make sure you’ve got your proof of purchase handy — we’ll need it to process any return or refund.

📦 Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be in its original packaging
If you’re returning something because of a problem, the contents must match the issue (for example, sending back an empty bag because you “didn’t like it” won’t fly).

🚚 Return Shipping

You’ll usually need to cover the cost of return shipping yourself.
In some cases — like if we made a mistake — we might cover it at our discretion. Just reach out and we’ll sort it out together.

📸 Show Us the Problem

Often, the easiest way to help is to send us a photo of the issue.
But in some cases, we may need you to return the product before we can process a refund or exchange.


💰 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll email you to confirm and let you know if your refund’s been approved.
If approved, we’ll process it and pop the funds back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable. If you’re refunded, the cost of the original postage might be deducted, depending on the situation. 


🔄 Exchanges

We can only do exchanges before your order has been packaged for delivery.
If you’d like to swap for another product of similar value, email us at bestbiltongwa@outlook.com.
Just a heads-up — making changes may delay delivery a little.
